LA TRIULZA SRL
Triulza Srl is the company established by Fondazione Triulza in June 2014 to carry out the commercial functions and entrepreneurial activities connected to the realization of the project for Expo Milano 2015.
The management of the Civil Society Pavilion of Expo Milano 2015 – Cascina Triulza required the exercise of important commercial activities (such as sponsorships, rental of exhibition spaces/areas, market and events spaces, management agreements) which involve business risk and require adequate corporate tools.
The statute of Fondazione Triulza offers the possibility of: “establishing or contributing to the establishment, always on an ancillary and instrumental way, directly or indirectly, for the pursuit of institutional purposes, of joint stock companies, social enterprises, cooperatives, as well as participate in company of the same title “(article 3). As foreseen by the participation agreement signed with Expo 2015 S.p.a., in its management deed, article 2.3.
