Fondazione Triulza ETS was born on the initiative of organizations operating in the social sector, committed to the creation of an equitable society and sustainable human development, to protect human rights and natural heritage, to promote a culture of peace and cooperation and an ethical and ainclusive economy.
It intends to be the privileged place to foster the requests and proposals of civil society organisations, to encourage the exchange between different cultures, to increase knowledge and to encourage the active participation of citizens, especially the younger ones, to guarantee the inclusion of all social subjects, starting from the most disadvantaged.
Fondazione Triulza, during EXPO 2015 event, promoted and created Cascina Triulza – the first civil society pavilion in the history of Universal Expositions.
After EXPO, Fondazione Triulza remained operational within MIND Milano Innovation District to bring the values of civil society into this urban regeneration project. It promotes social innovation in MIND by carrying out technology transfer and social economy projects and it works towards the community engagement of citizens through the close collaboration closely with the surrounding territories and local organisations.
Since June 2024, Fondazione Triulza has officially become a Third Sector Organisation.
